• Assistant General Manager (Technology), IT: B.E./B. Tech.
• Senior Manager (Information Security & Internal Audit): B.Sc. or B.Tech or M.Sc.
• Senior Manager (Products): Any Graduate with an MBA or equivalent
• Senior Manager (Operations): Graduate in any discipline

Age Limit:

• Senior Manager: 26 to 35 Years
• Assistant General Manager (AGM): 32 to 45 Years
• Deputy General Manager (DGM): 35 to 55 Years
• General Manager: 38 to 55 Years
